Personality

Scamander is a dedicated individual who tirelessly is researching  new information for his book Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, even when he is suppose to be focusing in class. He is a gentle and considerate individual who's very compassionate, and kind. Newt highly respects his fellow classmates, and elders. However the Hufflepuff is very awkward, and annoying at times, making it hard for individuals to hang out with him. He often gets left alone, and left out of things. Nonetheless, he's always super bubbly and energetic. Whether it be offering his friends help, or taking care of the magical creatures that reside within Hogwarts. He truly is a friend that you would want!

History

Newton Scamander was born in 1897, and developed an interest in magical creatures at an early age, as his mother was a breeder of hippogriffs. As a seven year old, Scamander would regularly dismember Horklumps in his bedroom. Beginning around 1908, he attended Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, where he was sorted into Hufflepuff. During his time, he enjoyed studying magical creatures. Finding their ways quiet intriguing and magnificent. Infact, one day he even stole a bowtruckle, by the name of Pickett and now has possesion of the tiny tree like creature. (Which usually hides within his coat pocket.) Newt's crime has yet to be found out, and he trusts very little people with them knowing about his little companion. Therefor Pickett is often kept a secret.

He currently serves underneath the Hufflepuff household, and is a well renoun authour and Magical Creatures teacher.
